What is a food truck?
BB SHEEP COFFEE Food Truck is the first in Eastern Hokkaido to offer “Elephant Ears”, a new type of deep-fried bread with a crispy, fluffy, and chewy texture! It’s healthy and comes in many variations, so it’s already gaining its popularity. We also hand-brew each cup of our in-house roasted “Lake Water Coffee” which uses water from Lake Mashu to roast the coffee beans. If you see our food truck, be sure stop by!
